Had this since March but only getting round to putting something on here - not seeing many ‘build threads’ anymore unfortunately.

Found this in March - Japanese import, 2011, 54k, SLine, Quattro, Panther Black, and lots of optional extras including 19” ‘Peelers’, Adaptive Air suspension, HNav+ MMI (TV/DVD combo) and more.

First Job was a debadge, full service - oil, cabin filters and Pipercross panel filter. During the air filter change I also removed the skeleton and sound deadening. Also added my Porsche Coolant cap.

I also added a 3.2V6 intake pipe as this has no sound deadening baffles or chamber so allows smoother airflow and increases the supercharger noise. I blanked the chamber hole off with a Vimto bottle lid….. yes that’s correct.

You can see inside the original intake below with the sound deadening

Moving onto to more recently I purchased an S6 rear diffuser to retrofit quad tips but soon found out being a facelift didn’t help me (you can see the gap to the outside edge of the diffuser) and that’s now gathering dust while I wait on the facelift version to arrive - if anyone is interested in it send me a message.

So did a stage 1 correction on mine and got it protected.

Also added my Kill All Wipers glass wiper delete (you can see this in the S6 diffuser pic)

Future plans:

Finish S6 rear retrofit conversion
Add a front splitter - LCR, Maxton or OEM RS6
Add side plinths - Maxton
S6 door blades
Miltek cat back exhaust
Updated Pulleys
Stage One map

Today has been finishing the S6 rear conversion.

Diffuser test fit first and some measuring, then cut off the old tail pipes and attached the new ones.

Completely changed the rear. Now I need to source the aluminium piece for the bottom of the diffuser or find something that can attach.

Car needs a full clean now.

Very nice!! picking up a 3.0T C6 myself in a couple weeks.

Did you go through with the pulley and mapping in the end?
I have read a couple times they don't recommend doing it on Tiptronic cars.
