What options does it give you with a C7?

When I popped into Stoke audi the sales rep said it's only for newer models but I keep seeing people post about using it with their C7's

Nothing much really, you can send destinations to the car & download the latest maps, but for both to work your car must be a facelift model with tech pack. You can also view the service history and the specification of the car. You should get the dealer to set you as the owner of the car.

If your car is a pre-facelift then I'm not sure about what feature you will get if any.

I tried it with my pre face-lift and all it shows is a list of options (but in my case its just the standard S Line kit) and gives the option to book a service. Not worth the bother of registering in hindsight.
