My Audi - Registration

Hi peeps,

I pick up my spanking new S4 Avant on Thursday, and to ensure I am well prepared - I downloaded the My Audi App to my iPhone about ten days ago.

I duly registered my details on the App, and have been waiting ever since for an email to verify my account. If I try and re-register, I get a message that an account with that email address already exists, but it can’t, as I have not been able to verify said account, as Audi have not sent me the email to do so.

Is it just me this has happened to, or is this the norm? If not the norm, any ideas?

Answers on a postcard, please, or just reply to this thread!

Have you checked your spam folder for the confirmation email, it may be in there?

If you get no email then try to register first with the web version using a different email...
