Anyone know a magic cure to get past this screen when trying to log in Code from key to become main key holder? Keeps Failing and I know email is right and key code.

Do you have a LTE signal that’s the first thing to check .

Definitely have LTE signal.

Last time mine was doing it, I sent it back to the dealer and they reset it.
when I asked how they unofficially told me by disconnecting the negative terminal on the battery for 2 mins.

I had that problem when collecting my car, the dealers took about a week to sort it and messaged me to try again, and it worked - it is definitely a database issue you can't fix yourself.

Thanks - I did that yesterday and it’s now sorted. A UK freephone number talking to very polite German chap - in Greece! Recommended if you are having issues.
