Nearside dipped beam failure

Hi all, i'm pulling my hair out trying to find out what is going on and I feel a little confused..

My car came up with passengers side dipped beam out so replaced the bulb and nothing. Tried another bulb and nothing still.. tried the bulb in the other side and it works. Checked the fuse and connector on the back of the headlight and still nothing!

Plugged it into vagcom and it comes back with this;

Anyone have any ideas??

Check the connector.Dirty contacts or broken wire

As ^ above or pin come out or dislodged from plug.

Pin 5 is low beam positive and pin 10 is it's earth.
