Need help what part is this ?

Hello everyone

My name is Ben

I purchased my s1 late last year, had a few mod on it.

But recently this parts breakdown it jams the wheel while driving. Pretty dangerous.

Is anybody had this problem before ?

And are there any aftermarket for this parts ?
