Q5 Need MAF pinout for MAF on 3.0TDI CPNB

Hey guys,

I need a diagram for the MAF pinout on a 2015 Audi Q5 3.0TDI CPNB

my wire colours are:
-Green
-black/purple
-brown/grey

my harness is labelled as follows (gray latch on top and the holes are actually numbered)
1-PLUGGED
2-PLUGGED
3-?
4-?
5-?

I found conflicting info from A4 A5 section that seems reversed showing 1,2, 3 occupied and 4 & 5 plugged so looking for specific info for the Q5 CPNB Motor
