I would die for needle sweep on my car, it is just so cool.
Feel like it releases an extra 20 BHP as well when you drive.
Jokes aside i wish i wasn't as hard as it is
So am i right to assume ceratin a3s with a particular model cluster can enable needle sweep easily via vcds?
The rest of then need to be opened up[ and modified.

You are correct. Works on some 2012 clusters with VCDS and on S3 clusters. Rest need the mod. It's a 10 min thing to do just need to be carefull
