Hi everyone,

I just ordered a new A3 S-line (8Y) last week, delivery this summer.
I've recently had to say goodbye to my VW Golf mk7, and now i chose for an Audi (i don't like the mk8)
I also have a '99 VW polo as a hobby-car.
I also plan on lowering the car, and maybe another exhaust (milltek?)

The factory wheel options didn't really appeal to me so i'm looking for an aftermarket set, narrowed it down to these two: Borbet S (inspired by rotors?) and Borbet Y.
Tell me what you think!

Grtz,
Sigi

Welcome to the forum mate.

I like the first one, i.e. Borbet S. Suits the car and would like nice once lowered. The other gives the car a more staggered look, which I am not a big fan of

Thanks!

Yeah, those are my first thought too, it's just i've had someone saying they look a bit "too usual", and i understand why, hence the doubt .
I'm already glad i narrowed it down to those two, i started with 11 options!

Welcome!
It’s all personal preference but I prefer the 2nd ones.

No, as i went to the dealer to get a quote for the A3 with all options i wanted, they sent me an email with a link to a 360° image of the one i configured.
So it has the Sline, shadow look, etc in that picture, pretty cool feature as you get to see exactly what the car would look like!

Edit: i photoshopped the borbet wheels onto it myself
