Just thought I would share some pics of the new car.

Smart!

Even though I went for red for my s-line, I've had silver before and its probably the best colour I've owned. Makes the s-line badge stand out more too!

Very nice. I've only just noticed that the front and rear bumpers on the SFG A3 don't have those rubbing strips. Looks neat.

Does you get any wheel spin at all in with the quattro?

They don't have the strips as they are part of the S-Line exterior pack.

No spin as yet but haven't gone too hard on it as it's only a day old!

Couldn't tell you mate. Thought they were always available. Ain't had a sunroof for years so quite fancied it!!

Oh yeah!, no rubbing strips, just noticed that myself, like the rear bumper, looks slightly S3ish, but still not sold on the front, nice looking car though, I need to try REAL hard to get any wheelspin or traction light working, traction from 2wheel drive to quattro must improve by about 500%!!

So the smooth rear bumper ain't so smooth now!

Me and the missus and my mate who was also in the car have spent the last 3 hours at A&E getting checked out!! Ain't pleased I can tell you!!!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/burningmad.gif

Looking at the pics again, the S-line exterior kits is definitley growing on me, especially the smoothness of the front.
