2012 2.0TDI Quattro Manual
105k miles, clutch was slipping at 2000rpm under load and needed replaced.
New LUK clutch and DMF kit fitted by independent Ex Audi dealer mechanic.
Rebuilt and tried out yesterday but it’s no different. Driven normally all is ok, gear change is smooth. But… put a bit of load on it with heavy acceleration and the new clutch does the same, slips at 2000rpm when turbo spools and catches up again at about 2500. He hasn’t seen it happen before so we are trying to work out what else…
