As Christmas wraps up and we move towards another year there are some interesting changes coming to your rights. Have you ever baught a car and had something go wrong? Not been happy when the problem isn't fixed the first time and wished you had bought a different car?

Well the changes to the Consumer Rights bill 2015 might be of interest to you.

Buying a car in the next 18 months … lease…hire ? Consider the changes coming along in British Law. This should give the trader one go at rectifying a problem with a car before the consumer is entitled to reject it in favor of a refund.

For more reading: http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/bills/lbill/2014-2015/0029/15029.pdf

If this passes it's passage through Parliment it should be Law by Oct 2015 and will have some huge possible implications for garages and car sales.
