New to the group and after advice about retrofit Autolights

Hello recently purchased my Audi A3 S-line 8v and want auto lights to turn on when I unlock the car at night. Complete newbie to the Audi scene and what is needed to make this work?
Im based in Norfolk if anyone can recommend somewhere that does this
