Finally got round to changing the tyres on my A4 2.0TDI 143
Ended up going for Miches, Pilot Supersports, they were a good deal all in and fitted, the place had some amazing tyre machines, the guys didn't even touch the wheels! I heard that the michelins were better for tramlining, i can confirm it certainly feels better, it seems a bit of a harder ride than the contis but its got rid of the god awful tramlining, only time will tell if this comes back as they wear.
was having a chat to the owner, they do a lot of race cars & drift cars, if you need your car geometry done in herts, beds, bucks this seems like the place to go!
I was recommended to test a Tune It Box whilst there, god that thing made a difference, the car feels totally different & the car is missing that lag in second gear at low revs and high revs, even when in 3 gear at low revs the thing just pulls like a train!
Anyway much recommend the place and the owner knows his audis, hes got a pimp RS3!
