Newbie TT MK2 Owner, looking for help with Bluetooth/Folding Mirrors

Hi,

New to the forum and have only owned my TT MK2 3.2 V6 for a couple of weeks (I love it by the way), so new to Audi and new to the TT.

So far I have managed to figure everything out that I need to, aside from the Bluetooth and getting the side mirrors to fold automatically, so wondering if I can get some help. The Bluetooth is the really annoying and urgent bit I am trying to sort.

According to the dealer the Bluetooth module was installed at the factory and so should be OEM, however when I select "Tel" on the MMI it says "Telephone is not available" and pushing the "Setup" button while in the "Tel" screen does nothing.

I have tried scanning for the cars Bluetooth but I never seem to pick it up and I have followed the manual to the letter, ensuring I search for the cars Bluetooth within 5 minutes of starting the ignition (usually within the first minute or two), but nothing seems to work.

The MMI version is 0650, which I believe is RNS-E?

I also have the connector for the cradle in the middle arm rest, but no cradle, which apparently is normal and is also an indicator the Bluetooth module is installed.

I did a scan for fault codes and the results are pasted just below. Really hoping someone can help me figure out why this is not working and how to get it working. Do I need to somehow activate or enable it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated and if you now how to code it so the side mirrors auto fold, that would also be extremely helpful. Thanks in advance...

Some additional information...

On VCDS...

- If I check the CAN Gateway install list "Telephone" is ticked but "Telematics" is not ticked.

- If I try to access module 77 is cannot communicate with it after several tries to do so.

- If I check the 37 for the Navigation unit and go into coding 07, the coding looks correct from what I have been able to decipher.
