No Led

[THE MONSTER]

My middle Led is out it's a blank... the one that shows and controls your:-

Petrol sign needs refueling

Also OK sign that comes on and go's out when you start

Also the Radio sign that tells you what station you are on

Also the ambient temperature sign...

Think it's a knacker and a repair maybe to replace the part that's behind the dashboard that controls all this...

Don't know if anyone as done this repair...

You can live without it but depends what it entails to get to it and replace...

The LCD went out on my B5 last year. I had these guys repair it.

They did a good job for $100 US. I don't know where you'd be sending it from but my instrument cluster was on its way back to me the day after they received it, so quick turn around time.

I think you've just turned the screen off
Press button under stalk to turn it back on

Ah, I didn't think of that! Yes, if all of the screen went blank that is probably the issue. Accidentally turned off by holding the stalk switch.
