Audi motorsport boss Wolfgang Ullrich confirmed yesterday that the manufacturer will not attempt to defend its Le Mans Series title next season with the new R15 TDi.

If that wasn't bad enough, they have today announced that they won't be participating in the American Le Mans Series either in 2009.
