Noise coming from car

I have the 1.5 auto stronic A3. When I have my foot lightly on the throttle it makes a strange rattle noise until it changes it gear. Any ideas on this?

Is it the CoD model. If so, then it’s probably when it goes down to 2-cylinder.

I will monitor and let you know. Good shout that never even considered it. Don’t suppose you know anything about smelly heating systems?
