Noise drive vs park/neutral (windows down)

Has anyone else noticed a considerable noise difference with the car stopped and in park/neutral compared to the car stopped in but in drive? Is this from the soundaktor?

S3 in dynamic by any chance?

Haven't looked much into it but idling in park the revs are slightly higher and exhaust valves open.

I notice the revs increase when I put it in park after reversing on the driveway if I'm in dynamic mode. Completely normal and nothing to worry about

It is in dynamic but I'm noticing it's louder in drive than in park.

That's because your gearbox is waiting on a gear change rather than just idling...As has been said nothing to worry about..
