Noisy interior fan (heaters)

Hi all,

Ive got a really annoying noise , quite quiet by very noticeable every time i turn my heaters on , doesnt seen to matter which section its set to either , really bugging me now either gonna mention it to the dealer on its health check or hopefully get some advise from you guys . Hope its a simple fix

What kind of noise?

Well i thought at first it was the belts under the bonnet until i realised and turned to heaters off ! its hard to describe but its annoying the hell out of me. Its like the fan or motor needs some wd40 or something
