Oil change - hand pump

Hi guys,

My A4 is due an oil change, and I like to do these things myself.
Just wondering if anyone has used one of those hand pump style system thingies where you feed the tube in through the dipstick?
Are they too good to be true?!

Just make sure its reputable version incase it breaks as removing would be fun.

Screwfix do one for £49.99 which looks exactly like the one I use and it has been fine. There are also some electric pumps around but I have not tried any.

Been using a Pela 6000 for years works well.

Thanks, I’ve bought myself an electric one from Amazon. Only way to know for sure (on my part) is to do it I guess! Will see!!

Update!
Finally managed to take time and do this. Oh my days, brilliant. Whole oil change done in about 5 mins.
Very impressed!
