I will be using Millers pd oil personally, but you have a choice of either using longlife oil ( i won't be) or a good quality fully synthetic

Castrol Edge TURBO DIESEL for annual or less (ie fixed service intervals) oil changes which meets 505.01 spec, the spec quoted in the manual for the 1.9 tdi 130. Just put in my second batch and all fine in the 7 months I've been using it but to be honest, nothing to compare it with because it's all I've used.
