Oil recommendation

Ok guys I am going to take a trip too Tps on Monday, what oil would you recommend for the following vehicle?
audi a3 1.8 turbo with 120000 miles standard form. Thankyou.

5W-30 Fully Synthetic (that's what I use)

5w-40 for a car that age and mileage.

I agree with 5-40, I was using 5-30 and was getting a little and I mean a little oil usage and now on 5-40 it does not use a single drop.
