Oil spray on PCV Breather pipe

Anyone had this before? Assuming I’ll need a new pipe? Any help would be great, car is also under used approved warranty.

The breather pipe is getting replaced under warranty next Tuesday, the Audi Assist guy said its the seal that's gone so new pipe required. Around £50 I think, part number should be 06K103213J.
