Oil temp sensor and thermostat location

Hi guys I gave a 2001 audi a6 c5 1.9tdi and the oil temp stays at 60 all the time so wanna try replacing the sensor. Also my coolant only goes to 80 instead of 90 I have already replaced the coolant sensor but nothing changed your help would be appreciated.
