Hi, I was wondering if the oil temperature on my car is okay. The oil reading from the car is giving me 76 degrees celsius after driving around for around 20-30 mins. Wanted to know if this is a normal temperature.

At this time of year I wouldn't think that is an issue. It really depends what type of driving you are doing.

That's what i was thinking too, obviously its getting a lot colder outside, and im not driving the car hard at all, just back and forth from work.

Capacity... more water to heat up , slower .

Smaller coolant capacity , heats up quicker.

Oil temperature is generaly 10°C more than coolant .
