How would Audi sell that as approved used? Ah its unrecorded so wouldn't show up on any register?

And no one checks it for crash damage or signs of.

I know an Audi dealer a while back that advertised an 8P RS3 as approved used, the reg gave it away as a forum members car that had been stage2 plus a lot more mods.
Car had been put back to standard and sold back into the dealer network.
