optic blue lamin-x

could someone enlighten me on how legal or illegal this optic blue lamin-x would be on your head-lights in the uk?

i think it looks a bit weird, possibly on another colour, or if you have a rude boy civic! lol, id say go for tint, looks a lot less subtle! but then again, it could work on an a3, see if someone can photoshop yours?
