P0016 alarm help

I got a 2008 2.0tdi 143 and when the engine was cold I was getting the odd flash on the dash, a scan revealed it was the p0016 cam/crank sensor alarm. So I got a full service done with new timing belts, tensioner and a new cam sensor. But it's still doing it now even more so with the colder weather, it appears under acceleration from 1-2.5k rpm until the car is fully warmed up.the mechanic double checked the timing and said all was fine so what else can it be causing this??

Sorted , bit of digging on the internet and found out its the synchronous angle out...so slight tweek on the cam pulley position and all's sorted
