Part Number request - quadlock repair wire

just found some info.
guess I would need 1 pin and 1 wire for each quadlock pin then...
any idea the difference between identical wire gauges between the two connectors? eg 000 979 021 vs 000 979 022?
<edit> the pins associated with each are one male and one female, guess they use different wires to denote male/female ends.

ok, just chattin away to myself here lol, but since the repair wires look like they have 2 ends on I guess i'd only need 2 of them, snip in half to make up 4 - as the other ends only need to be plain bare wire.
soooo, would i just need 2 repair wires, or do i need pics too? looking at a 000979021E on ebay the wire seems to already have "pins" on each end...

so, the 000 979 021 is superseded by the 000 979 021E (000979021E). they come with the pins, so would need 2.
or...... I can just buy the pins and use my own wire, which is probably cheaper.
