Does any body know what part number the power steering pump is on an s3 also compatables ? mine has decided to retire..

8N0145154A looks like its S3/TT/Beetle RSI only for 2001 onwards, £424.26 inc vat lol.. Earlier cars up to 2000 are 1J0422154AX and £212.52 inc vat.
On the early pump the difference seems to be supply hose connection horizontal to rear so it says. Newer facelift cars dont give info like that.

Wow they are so expensive new! I have been selling them for a tenner each!
The earlier one does have a slightly different fitting at the front for the pipe, but aside from that the newer one is the same and will fit.
