What are modification/tuning options on a brd? Ive so far done:
De cat
Dpf delete
Egr delete
Egr cooler delete

Anything else i can do to tidy up the bay or any upgrades to keep me busy? Had a few pd130 & 40’s & seemed way more options available, not sure on what intercooler to use etc, i have a set of 140 injectors spare, ive read using 140 injectors are better as you can change them for 120% etc
 
140 injectors use a different connector and loom. Not a straight swap.

I've seen many a project where it gets the pretty wheels and lowered suspension then certain death .

Then no knowledge to a documented 12 year old problem !
 
You don't need signs and they are sudden and catastrophic loss of oil pump drive .

That's takes the turbo then engine .

The sign is , it's a BRD 77mm special that was designed to fail .


 
It doesn't depend on milage either, the hex key/aperture wears anytime from 70k on.
Mine was on 145k and wearing nicely. Caught it in time, but it's a ticking time bomb.
