Permanent Live In The Boot

Is there a permanent live i can tap into in the boot, i am about to fit a power point and juts need a bit of a heads up.

Is it an S3? If so then the amp will have a permanent live i would imagine. You may need to do a bit of testing to find one if not.

It's a 1.9 tdi quattro but it does still have a sub woofer type thing in the left handside i guess i need to have play with the multi meter, i am guessing that the boot lights are switched on by the live circuit and not the earth, that would be just too easy

Depending on what your using the power source for, there is nothing with significant amp-age in the boot area, even the amplifier is peanuts,,
