If it has no part numbers on then I would say it's not an OE part. Looks like some kind of air intake scoop for an air box or cold air feed for an air filter.

100% no part numbers.. Im thinking its something else and nothing to do the car ... the only thing I've found missing is the plate that covers the positive battery terminal on the scuttle plate .
