Facelift Please help with an issue

Basically I had a black box installed into my audi a3 1.5 as per my insurance terms and now it’s come to the end and i’ve gone to take it out (lol not paying £80 to get engineers to do it) so i’ve clipped 2 wires going into the box, taken the box off a sticky back tape and now i don’t know what that compartment should look like

i’m worried i’ve cut something wrong, could someone send me a picture of the below please? (unmodified)

Out of interest what is your insurance on the S5? My nephew is 23 and getting quotes of £1,500 on a Fiesta 1.0!

All good. £950. 2-3 years experience (at time of policy), 2 years NCD and 10k miles per year (8k business).
