Hi. New guy. Proud owner of a 14 Q5 TDI for about 2 months now. Already have APR tune, fresh suspension + H&R coilovers, and Rohana 20s. We have a 2 Audi household, 06 B7 A4 2.0t KO4 + the works.

Lovely looking motor - shame the standard green it comes in is not metallic - might be a stupid question, but when looking at exclusive colours, can you see them on the car at all like you can on the configurator?

2020 RSQ8…

Some photos I took when I had my winter wheels on (1st pic) and 18mm front/ 20mm rear spacers on, lowered about 20mm in the 2nd pic). I removed the spacers so I could go down 30mm and not rub on the fenders.

Not long had the Q5, wasn’t sure if it was my type of car to be honest but after two back ops and a hip op coming up I thought I’d give it a go, have to say, very impressed, ride, comfort, bit crappy on fuel but is what it is. I’ve added the steps and wrapped the chrome gloss black, may do an exhaust upgrade but other than that no real plans for her.

I was thinking Daytona grey but wanted to be sure because of the effect of artificial lighting.
I have to order a Q5 tomorrow and I will probably change Florett silver for Daytona grey.
In the daylight, is it still "pearlescent" ?

If only those lovely, new silver rear exhaust tail pipes were on my 2020 SQ5 it would make my motor SO SO SO much cooler, and I'd love it even more!

Instead I need to make do with 4 x stupid, daft, un-cool plastic fake sections

Few changes last week. H&R 35mm lowering springs and 15/20mm spacers just until I decide on what wheels to go for.

I have an A4 B7,
But went and bought a Q7 (4L) 4.2 TDI S-Line Quattro in Lava grey (same colour as my A4)
Ive changed the grille and wheels already and have other mods in mind.
