Just been checking the fluids on the car as I'm working away next week and I decided to check the power steering fluid, cant remember last time I checked it if at all, had the car 2 years, anyway good job I did as it's on the min line. Now I believe it has to be mineral and confirm to G002000 or so the reservoir states, so I nipped I to Halfords and everything they sell is synthetic, asked one of the guys there and he said it'll be fine to use, at that point I just walked out.

So what's best fluid to use?

I used Miller's. I've got the bottle in the shed I'll have a look at its exact name for you tomorrow.

Not a brand I'm familiar with Gaz. Is that avalable readily rather than the comma stuff?

So are we saying the comma has a better properties than the Oem spec then?

No different , a spec is a spec .

Genuine oils / fluids are just a genuine rip off .
