If you go to the top right of the page. You will see inbox. Click this and you can start a new conversation. Type in who you want to send message to. Then go to title, type something in there. Then down to the larger box below that. Write the content of your message in there. When your finished press start conversation and it will send

Can you try again please. You have a always had access
