Just been on one of those price comparisson sites and it has pointed me towards a company called:

http://www.jaksatronic.com

It is a US based company and they can sell us a UK (PAL) PS3 for £252-00 although a minimum of 3 units is required to be purchased (@ £756-00). That price excludes shipping but even if that is under £100 then they can surely be resold at a decent profit.

Dont suppose anone has heard of or had dealings with them?

Never heard of them, but that shouldn't put you off. You will be liable for import duty (which can sometimes be charged on shipping purely based on the way the company does the paperwork)

Depending on how it is classified you could be charged 14% as well as 17.5% VAT (though I can't remember if it is cumulative).

All of a sudden you could be talking £330 just to get it here, and that is before shipping.

Yes I bought an item from the states which cost 330 but the import duty was75 plus 15 for the courier!! BEWARE

I think you'd probably be better off buying a load of Wii's as they are still thin on the ground. a friend of mine bought one a month ago and it had taken him 5 months to find one and the shop he got it from got 5 in stock and they were all gone by 9:30am
