Puddle light connectors

Hi all,
I currently have a pair of Audi rings puddle lights I removed from my TTS which I want to fit to my SQ5. Trouble is the puddle lights are of the small connector type, but the SQ5 wiring has the wide connectors fitted.
Anyone know if there is a conversion kit available at all? Or where I can buy the small connectors to replace the existing ones on the car?

I had some adapters made up by @t8ups so I could fit my Audi sport puddle lights to my SQ5
