I have a new (bought December 2018) Q3 S Line and a new (Christmas 2018) iPod Touch (32GB). The Audi dealer gave me a connecting cable which I plug into the iPod and then into the socket in the between-seats cubby box (or whatever it's called). The ICE system recognises the iPod and I can see all the track listings, but I can only play one track (the first one alphabetically - and now I'm bored with Adele!). I can see the other tracks and scroll to select, but they won't play. Any ideas ;please?
