Q5 gearbox help!!

HELP!

We have a 2010 Q5 automatic and it drives 100% the gear knob was looking tired so I replaced it but for some reason now we can’t select Sport mode anymore? It was working fine last week the gear stick just will just not go all the way to bottom any ideas??

Sounds like fitment issue, show us old & new gearknob.

I have changed the gearknob
For exactly the same one it’s strange as all I have done is removed the old one and not I can’t get it to go into S?

Tried the old gearknob and it’s the same so can’t work out what it could be anyone help me out?
