Q5 help needed Bluetooth and Satnav locked

Hi i have a 2010 Q5 with mmi basic
I am looking to add bluetooth with vcds what is the way to do it ??


Also how do i get the sat nav DVD out if its locked i have a VCDS cable
Any help would be great

I have bluetooth working now

Also the vcds cable wont work with the 37 navigation on the ross-tech site
Unless some one here knows how ?

It's not 37, it's the 5F module that runs the navigation
