Q7 navigator

Hello
Recently I bought Q7 2008. According to the seller, the car is equipped with navigation, but it i can not start it. When I press the NAV button displays the screen that I have to insert the DVD disc and when I insert the disc, nothing happens.
Is there any navigation system on my car? or I need to do a setup??

The dvd drive is locked, as an anti-fraud measure. You can either get your local audi dealer to unlock it, or change through vcds.
