Question about MIB2 update

I have recently purchased MY 2017 A4 which I'm really happy with. I've checked the current version for the MMI and it's MHI2Q_ER_AUG22_P3638 MU0917, as I understand the next version to update to is MHI2Q_ER_AUG22_P5092 MU1329. Does anyone know what exactly is fixed in that version and is it worth to update? Also I was able to enjoy the Google earth maps for a month with the help of remote_hmi. Since it's now gone for good what can I do the get the MAXAR maps, do I need to get audi connect subscription? Cheers

From memory the obvious differences (aside from the overlay change) are that the 'confusion' if you started the car with the phone already plugged in is no more but I now get a periodic error message about the sim card.
