Questions on dropping the bumper

hey!

since my last thread regarding the hid kit etc, my ordered stuff has arrived woooo (fk angels + hid kit)

now i am just wondering are there any tutorials around to show the best way to take the bumper/lights out? and also where to fit the hid ballasts etc
