Hi all,

How do you get the car to go again after its stopped when acc is active? Is this even possible?

Thanks
Ryan

Are you with S-Tronic Gearbox?

If so:

Within 3 seconds of stopping and setting off again - it will do it on its own

After 3 seconds - you need to "give the car permission to proceed" by either briefly pulling the cruise stalk towards you, or briefly pressing on the accelerator.

Wonder if that timeout can be changed with VCDS

I think it can but we still need the security code for the module

ACC Hidden Menu in MMI

The ACC Menu that your dealer can activate via VAS lets you set a default distance opposed to setting it every time you use the ACC via the rocker switch. - The ACC additional menu is done via VAS and then shows in the MMI. Its hidden by default and set to 3 out of ( 1 to 4 ) as default.
