Rear boot upper weatherstrip removal

Hi guys. Can anyone help with advice as to how I remove the upper boot weatherstrip on my A3 Black Ed. sport back? It’s the long black trim surrounding the hinges. Part number is: 8P482722901C. In the diagram it is item 21. Thanks for any help.
