Rear brake disc 8p vs 8V

Hi guys.
Can you help me with one thing?
Is the rear brake disc on RS3 8p vs RS3 8v different?

I'm fairly sure they are.

People fit the same aftermarket discs on the 8v as the 8p so I would assume they are the same original part, but haven't had an 8v disc in my hand.

Drilled Mtec 1471 , silver protective coating, with the drill pattern selected to suit the fronts is one of the more popular after market parts.

The mtecs mirror the same dimensions as the 8p RS3.

The reason for asking is because I've read on the 8V forum a guy have installed RS6 disc with adapters. See link below.

It says BKS Tuning adapters for RS7 rear disc.

Yes seen that, 034 Motorsport offer something similar using the c6 RS6 rears, without the wavy look. Or they sell the adaptors so you can source your own discs.

The 034 Motorsports kit does not work on the 8p chassis. This kit works only on TT because of different offset I am told...
