Rear led light broken

Hi, the led strip on the rear light is flickering or not coming on but the rest of the lights are ok. Can this led part be replaced or is it a new unit? Apart from eBay any ideas where to get one.

Mine was the outside one, a wire had broke and was intermittant, well worth looking into first.
